By using RentPassport, you agree to these Terms.

The service is provided by:

RentPassport provides a digital platform that enables renters to create verified rental profiles that may be shared with landlords, property managers, or other housing operators.

RentPassport does not:

• Provide housing
• Guarantee rental approvals
• Act as a landlord or property manager
• Act as a financial guarantor

RentPassport provides verification and documentation tools only.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Avoid submitting fraudulent documents
• Maintain the security of their accounts

Submitting false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

RentPassport may modify or discontinue features at any time.

We may suspend accounts where misuse or fraud is suspected.

Certain platform services may require payment.

Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Payments may include:

• Verification services
• Subscription features
• Deposit handling services

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

RentPassport provides verification infrastructure but does not guarantee:

• Rental approval
• Landlord decisions
• Tenant suitability

Rental decisions remain solely the responsibility of landlords and operators.

All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of Kontorva Oy.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials without permission.

Users may close their accounts at any time.

Kontorva Oy may terminate access in cases of:

• Fraud
• Misuse
• Violation of terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
